Abstract

This article will address socio-affective relationships, in particular trying to demonstrate the impossibility of the registered parent, deconstructing paternity, only by regretting the registration and the claim of having ceased the socio-affective relationship after the separation of the child's mother. It will be demonstrated in this article that it is not possible to deconstruct paternity without having demonstrated the occurrence of addiction or induction to error when registering the child. Then, an analysis will be carried out of some judgments that provide for the impossibility of changing the birth registration of children registered by socio-affective parents.
